What Clients Are Saying...
They’re in great hands. You’re kind and professional, and you make therapy feel comfortable rather than intimidating. You help me process my thoughts without making me feel judged, and I truly feel like you’ve helped me grow. I appreciate how supported and understood you’ve made me feel throughout this process.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received from my sessions with Mary. From the very beginning, she created a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where I felt comfortable being open and honest. She listens with genuine compassion, asks thoughtful questions, and provides practical tools that have helped me better understand myself and navigate challenges with more confidence.

You are a safe haven where I can be my authentic self. You challenged me to face my fears and how to conquer them.
The most meaningful part of my journey was finding peace during the healing process and being able to forgive. Even though I’ve come a long way, God is still working on me.
Mrs. Mary is very compassionate, understanding, and respectful of your feelings and experiences. She creates an environment where you can truly peel back the layers of your situation while providing valuable insights that can help reshape your outlook on the world and yourself.
The most meaningful part of my journey has been being able to recognize triggers of depression and use my tools to keep myself from spiraling.
If someone asked me what it’s like to work with you, I would tell them you’re compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about your clients. You make it easy to open up, and I always feel respected and encouraged after our sessions.
The most meaningful part of my journey has been realizing that healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened to me, it means learning that my past doesn’t define my future. Through therapy, I found my voice, learned how to regulate my emotions, and began extending myself the same grace I so freely gave to others. I walked through childhood trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges, and instead of just surviving, I learned how to heal. For the first time, I began to see myself the way God sees me; with purpose, value, and hope. That transformation has been the greatest gift.
The most meaningful part of my journey is my self-awareness. I feel like I have better control over how I show up for the people who matter most. I’m able to calibrate myself in real time and give myself grace to do so. Although I’m still a work in progress when dealing with my issues, I do feel I’m walking in the right direction.
For me, the most meaningful part has been navigating grief and letting it teach me who I am. Healing required me to slow down, pay attention to my patterns, and become more self-aware. That process has reshaped my strength and my sense of purpose.
The most meaningful part of our premarital counseling journey has been taking the time to truly understand one another on a deeper level. It has encouraged us to have honest conversations about our values, expectations, communication styles, finances, faith, family, and future goals. This experience has strengthened our relationship and given us greater confidence as we prepare for marriage, knowing that we're building a foundation based on trust, commitment, and open communication.
